BERITA SOLO - Masses from various community organizations began to gather in the Jakarta National Monument Horse Statue Area since 08.00 WIB to attend the process of hearing the decision of the 2019 Presidential Election Dispute (PHPU).
The masses, dominated by mothers, have even come to the Horse Statue area since 07.00 WIB. They were compactly wearing white and white shirts while carrying boards containing messages of protest at the election.
"We guard the Constitutional Court (the Constitutional Court), no one should be cheated. The Court must have the courage to decide on fraud," said Dasimah, a resident from Kampung Rambutan, Thursday (6/27/2019).
He was willing to come along with the group because he thought the election process had been cheated. Therefore, he said, this action was a struggle to demand justice.
"The government must be responsible for hundreds of election officials and martyrs who died as a result of the May 21-22 2019 riots," he said.
The action this time was not only attended by mobs from Jakarta alone, residents from various regions of the region also participated in the demonstration.
Suprihatini for example, he and seven of his friends came from Bandung using the train since dawn. He was willing to leave home affairs at home to take part in the action.
Likewise with Cipto, a Tegal resident who is willing to go alone. He argued that his arrival was to defend the truth and hoped the Court would grant the lawsuit filed by the Prabowo-Sandi camp.
"One of the candidate pairs has cheated TSM (structured, systematic and massive). I am asking for justice," he said.
Meanwhile, the Constitutional Court advanced the schedule for reading the verdict for the dispute over the results of the 2019 presidential and vice presidential election (dispute), which was originally scheduled for Friday (6/28/2019) to be Thursday (6/27/2019).
